New TCP-300s Dielectric Silicone Thermally Conductive Pad from SinoGduide

Sinoguide Technology, has developed and already marketed a low-hardness, high-thermally conductive pad, the “TCP Series,” that offers excellent cost-performance. TCP-300, an exciting addition to the extensive range of thermal management solutions offered by SinoGuide, is designed to offer the user the ultimate combination of thermal performance and extreme conformability.

Hype-Soft Thermally Conductive Interface Pads are used to transfer heat from a hot surface to a cooler region of the assembled design. The pads are designed in a variety if thermal conductivities and softness grades to provide excellent gap filling, low assembled stress and a high degree of wet-out for more efficient heat transfer. 

TCP series thermal conductive pad is a silicone elastic pad that offers good dielectric properties and flame retardant at a wide range of frequencies. It has excellent flexibility over a wide range of temperature from - 60 to 200℃. Dielectric Silicone Thermally Conductive Pad is a highly thermally conductive silicone sheet filled with special conductive filler specially designed as elastic pad with self-stick of one or both sides to be mounted in variety of applications requiring maximum heat transfer away through metal chassis or heat spreader.

It is used in semiconductors between PCB, transistor, frame and heat sink.
